Common Ground Restaurant Opened its doors for the first time on November 26th, 2010.  In a new location, we were not new to West Side. 

Owner Mike Sullivan and several of the staff previously operated The Cup Restaurant which was located on Westfield Street for over 7 years.  "The Cup" was a breakfast & lunch diner, and has been a West Side landmark since the 1960's!

 Moving into the new location, we changed the name to reflect the new environment we were creating to include Dinners, Beer, and Wine. 

The name also reflects our motto "Where Good Friends & Good Food Come Together" 

Not many businesses were growing in 2010, however with the support of our community, family, and Friends we are building our reputation one meal at a time.  TOTAL VALUE is what we feel we can do better than anyone else.  We feel that we can give our guests better food & service, at the best possible price.

Common Ground is located in West Springfield, at the building that was previously occupied by The Ground Round, and also by Rein's Deli.  At The Rte 20. Rotary just before the North End Bridge
